Cam is the only QB left unsigned.

Kap was offered a deal but his ego turned it down. Plus he’s awful, and comparing that fact to his ‘reality’, no one will sign him. A lot of players signed for back up contracts not just Winston. The Panthers just signed Teddy for 20+ mil. Mahomes...Dak...Wilson...Jackson don’t exactly have that appearance you talk about...yet they’re the future of the NFL and getting crazy money....it’s almost as if there is more to it hmmm.

Wonder how all this can be true if your very shallow theory is correct? You’re completely dismissing Cam has serious injury concerns (this is huge), a unique personality that probably won’t mesh well as a back up, an ego as well that until recently wouldn’t accept a back up deal...see these are the reasons that actually matter.

See these are rational reasons. Lots of them. Multiple. These are also even more reasons, lots of them, and facts that point to the contrary of your theory.  But sure, stick with your one, single reason as the truth in your delusional world where everyone is wrong and full of bs.

Vick pitted dogs in a ring to kill each other, served 18 months in prison and came back and signed and started in the league. The only person spewing bs is you and your delusional conspiracy theories brah

I don’t understand your example. You saying Cam isn’t signed because he’s black but a black felon was signed out of prison? This makes no sense.

My point of my post was saying race isn’t a reason Cam isn’t signed and there are clearly more rational reasons. Your example suggest there are rational reasons as well since Vick was signed. Again I’m confused.

The actual phrase he said was

"Cam's a tremendous quarterback," Lynn said. "He's been an MVP of this league, he's led his team to a Super Bowl and he's healthy now, from what I hear."

Which means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme things.

Sure it does. Lynn said they considered bringing him in — that would only be the case if Cam is healthy (which he is).

Guys, Cam remains unsigned because the level of distraction that accompanies him is determined to outweigh the benefits associated with him being on the field...

...it really is that simple.

I think the injury potential, coupled with his style is probably a huge turn off for a lot of teams.  And lets be real here, Cam hasnt been good at all since 2015.  Career wise he is a slightly better than .500 qb with a low completion percentage.  You guys have to understand why teams are not beating down his door.

Well, when you've had to rely on receivers that would probably be better at o-line in Benjamin, a TE who gets hurt when breathed on like Olsen, have no hands like Ginn and Funbags, and bums like Philly Brown, Shepard, Bersin, and Cotchery + a bottom 10 o-line that can't really stay healthy + a dumbass OC in Shula = I'm not surprised that Cam's completion percentage and record are awful. Put any QB with the line and weapons we had from 2014 until 2018 and they would be hard pressed to perform better than Cam during that stretch. Unfortunately, when we finally get weapons for Cam, Pittsburgh breaks him in half because our o-line is still poo and he hasn't been able to stay healthy since.

Again, it was just a complete failure by our franchise to invest in weapons and o-line since he was here until it was too late (and we still haven't invested in o-line...)

Yeah and a pandemic isn’t currently going on, let’s ignore that

And all these other players and QB’s are getting signed during this same pandemic...including those coming off injuries.

Kyle Allen was the best QB in the locker room last season for Carolina

I  hated the Panthers traded him, something they may regret if his development shows continued improvement  in Washington and he goes on to have a decent career.  I had high hopes for him and plan on keeping tabs on his career, just to see if my hunch about his potential upside was correct.

Paying Bridgewater made him a trade target. Granted I’d have preferred to have kept him too and let him compete with Bridgewater for the starting position, but obviously the front office felt a fifth round pick was sufficient value. It wouldn’t surprise me if he takes the starting spot for the Redskins this season.

They probably think that they’ve got good options to back up Bridgewater. They brought in PJ Walker who played under our new head coach and drafted Grier in the third round last year. I’d rather have Allen but he’s only under contract for another year and then it’s likely he’d move on.

Kaep was offered jobs. He refused. He had a chance to show off in front of scouts from over 20 teams and he blew off the opportunity. He isn't playing because of himself.

Cam is coming off 2 major injuries and is in the middle of a pandemic. Teams couldn't evaluate him before free agency opened. He hasn't been black balled, hes just in a really bad situation for his particular set of circumstances.

A deadspin article listing several QBs on 1 year 1m contracts lol.

Neither Kap or Cam would sign anything close to that even as a back up, which both have reluctantly not accepted.

Teams aren’t willing to take the risk, but still has nothing to do with the point you’re trying desperately to make. There’s just too many examples to the contrary.
