Will Panthers fans treat Rivera like Gettleman after leaving?

I dislike a lot of things that John Fox and Ron Rivera did here. However, neither were bad coaches. They were both decidedly average coaches the experienced both success and failure because they were firmly stuck in their way of doing things and doing it with Veteran players.

I can never hate either as coaches, and always have wished both success where-ever they ended up. I don't think Rivera will ever make it back to the Super Bowl, or be the Coach that save that organization from itself. 

Ron has a lot he left on the table and didn't answer for in Carolina, but I can't say I am honestly holding it against him after he's gone.

Considering this was the first team who spoke with him and he jumped on the deal when there were several other franchises looking for a coach, most of which are far better run organizations than Washington.

It had 'I am a head coach and will settle for nothing less' all over it. Control and a contract to do what he thinks he deserves. No looking at what went wrong and how to overcome it, just everybody else and GM duties that will overcome his well known weak points.

It's so funny because both Gettleman and Rivera were best when working together and since they burned it all down they have been pretty bad overall separately. Ron's last winning year was with a Gettleman roster, minus a now all pro kicker. I don't see how Ron turns it around without anything short of a miracle.
