Part of me wants everything to be equal, but the other part of me wants different areas to have to eat whatever policies that they put in place.  If that means their teams sucks, then their teams sucks.  I'm not a fan of areas that are moving forward having to abide by policies of the more strict areas, and I'm also not a fan of strict areas giving exemptions just so their team doesn't suck.

You think some fans were pissed about winning a week 17 game against the Saints? Wait until the Panthers win because the other team has to forfeit due to not enough players healthy to play dropping us out of the suck for first pick sweepstakes.
