Years in the making.  Even on an accelerated timeline, I couldn't see a new stadium ready before 2025.

BofA is great, grass with no roof, the way it should be. The new stadium will suck, hope it’s at least 5-10 years off

They might as well cancel all new stadium construction if no breakthroughs have been made in the next several years.

It is at least that far away. 2 years of negotiating and grab ass and 3 years  of construction if Tepper announced it today.

10 Years is probably a good bet.
