I believe it's a show documenting the life of rookies making the transition to the NFL.  On the NFL Network, IIRC.

It very well could be  on ESPN.  Seen an episode a few years ago of this show, I just wasn't sure which channel it aired on.  It was okay.  Followed guys around with a camera crew pre-draft and afterward documenting their experience of the process.

Nice.  Yeah may check it out b/c ya know, something football related in this time of no sports is more than welcomed.

I would say that anyone who is enough of a football junkie to post on a message board during the offseason, should definitely watch Hey Rookie.  Even more so when one of our own players is on it.
