Ever heard of Pete Carroll...he has done pretty good...

Carroll spend a lot of years as an NFL failure before getting the Seahawks gig, and a lot of people see him as trending down again.

If you want to name a successful head coach who was heavy on charisma, I'd go with Joe Gibbs.

Might have the most charismatic coach in the league. How anyone could think players wouldn’t want to play for him is beyond me. There’s something about him when he’s speaking that compels you to listen.

I’m ready to do communion after every speech he does.

Maybe it’s just a fresh face and I was so tired of the RR BS.  But I really like his interviews.

I don't know whether he's going to be successful as an NFL head coach, but there's no doubting he's a skilled motivator.

I'm pretty sure he could talk a sparrow into attacking a lion.

BB spent time as a failure too, and likely to end on a down note

Most guys do.

But inbetween, he piled up the greatest resumé of any NFL head coach in history.

Brady, cheating, and being in the worst division in football had a lot to do with it.  There are many ways to win in the NFL and his way isn't the only way, or the way I would want to emulate

I don't think BB is the same guy in the locker room as he is in front of the media. I think he just embraced being the bad guy in front of the cameras because it's easier to just be that than answer the same old generic questions in front of the camera after and before every single game for decades. When you've been looking at the same reporter ask the same question for the 16th time on the season + the playoffs, for 10+ years, it's fairly easy to bust out the middle finger attitude over time.

I LOVE how Rhule straight up scoffed at the notion of Run CMC on 98% of the snaps again

I remember reporters asking Ron about leaving CMC in the late 4th when either they where way up or way down. He would say Norv runs the offensive and he makes those decisions...... Same for certain plays like when it was 2nd down and 1, QB drive...CMC is motioning all over to the outside. It didnt make sense.

I still remember when CMC had like 200 yards and had bad late game cramps. They had to put Reggie in the game and he does his best CMC impression with 80 yards followed by a few other big gainers. Then it hit me Ron either doesnt know hes the head coach or he just likes running the defensive with no responsibilities on offense.
