I mean its crazy how it works signing UDFAs. Anytime you want 2 RB, youre talking to 5....... then 4 sign..... one player signs, but not his agent..... just a mad house. I dont like how we never go above like 10k signing bonus or use the full 150k cap..... I'd be spending teppers money like no tomorrow here and if I wanted a guy spend 100 or more if I thought enough of him. Who cares if 50k gos on the dead cap, its a tiny risk.

Just look at the panthers depth chart at OG, CB, and DT. Any agent that values game-day snaps, would be a fool to sign their client else where given the opportunity. 4 UDFAs could easily make this roster.

Benito Jones was the #1 ranked DT, Williams was the #2 IOL and Durant was the #1 tackle on NFL.com’s UDFA list and they already went. Two of them to a team with a much better OL that drafted a T as well.

Agree 100%, we should be able to afford them easily and we have so many roster spots to market to guys who just want to make team.

TreVontae Hights had more tackles than receptions at TCU. Upon a simple google search, I discovered an interview where he said he loves playing special teams and pinning teams within the 10 yard line more than catching the ball, so... maybe he hangs around in that capacity.
