It is time to re-sign Ross Cockrell now

Unless for some reason he doesn’t want to come back to the Panthers, the hometown CB Ross Cockrell needs to be re-signed immediately. Corner depth is still terrible after the draft and Cockrell played well at times last year. With an improved defensive line next season, he could perform well in this new defense.

I want the younger guys to play, but if there not ready we need a backup plan. And forget the record, you don't want to destroy their confidence by putting them out there if they're not ready
