I agree but that doesn’t mean anything. We all pretty much know that Tepper is giving Rhule more power than Ron and Foxy ever had. He didn’t pay Rhule 60mil for no reason especially coming from the college rank. Marty would’ve drafted an offensive player by now. Probably went with Eason in the 3rd over Chinn. For whatever reason, people seem to think that Rhule is an offensive guy just because he’s from Baylor. But, the man is a defensive guy. He’s Ron and Foxy but with a modern strategy and more power than any Panthers HC ever had.

Rhule was just on ESPN gushing about Hurney's draft. Guess you can throw that theory out the window. This is a Hurney draft and it's a damn good one.

Rhule was just on a few months ago gushing about Cam Newton.

Hurn is definitely involved. however, Rhule giving him all the credit is just Rhule being extra nice.

Well yeah, obviously coaches have input. It's just ridiculous for people to act as if Hurney has no part in this.

Obviously Rhule is involved but Hurney is ultimately the decision maker.

I'm fairly certain Hurney drafts to the wants of the coach. So a credit to both of them.
