I agree with you, but 2003 rotation is not the same as this. Pep was going into his  2nd year into the league, Rucker was a established Vet and so was Al, we also had Buckner and Jenkins at DT with a good rotation at the DT spot as well. 

Im optimistic, but I’m not setting expectations super high for a rookie 2nd DE

He had been in the league for 5 years before being in Carolina. Bounced around alot

I was meaning more that you must have a 3 to 4 DE rotation to be successful
