You’d think in some of these posts that only we have improved our team with the draft. I like our draft so far but NO and Tamp have made good picks. Tampa is on the clock right now. Hopefully not Cushenberry. They’d have improved 40% of their OL.

Never mind, I don’t know Jack squat about this RB.

My dream is that we offer Jeff Ireland the GM job shortly after the draft.

I hate Arians. The dude thinks that he’s above everyone else

The thing about Arians is he could well get Brady killed.  He likes to get the ball downfield.   Roethlisberger is a bull, and Arians' offense about got him killed when he was 10+ years younger.

At some point, his ego is going to take him past what Brady does well, and he is going to want to do it HIS way.  In all honesty, I do not see the intersection of what Brady can do and what Arians wants to do.  Maybe he'll adapt, but he hasn't yet, and it has been a while.

I'm going to enjoy tonight and tomorrow. We are definitely getting better, but no matter what we are going to be horrible next year. I see a 1 to 3 win season. We are going to get swept in our division. Its laughable to think we are going to finish ahead of Atlanta who will put up 40 plus each game. And I'm fine with that. Next draft brings us TL and another draft that makes us more competitive. We are going to compete for the SB within 4 years and compete for a long time. It is painful but I am so sick of being a 5 to 8 win team that I'm fine with growing pains.
