Yeah but this is the NFL not college.. There are no 90 man roster.. You need to adapt your system to work with WR'S not drafted highly if you need 5 of them...

He was the biggest freak at the combine since Julio 

Same Height and Length as Julio just 10 lbs lighter.  Ran the same 40, same vert, benched like a OL, and 3 cone like the small shiftiness WRs

At 6'3 207 he had the 2nd fastest 40 at the combine for WRs and quickest 3 cone of all WRs.  And rhere are some fast MFs in this class

Yeah, he's much more explosive than KB, that's just off base to say they're anything alike. At any rate our secondary blows and could use some talent but i could be talked into Mims as best player avail despite some concerns about his overall game, and it'd make sense to field a team of wr noone can cover. I'm open to that idea, not advocating for it. Some of ya'll are just invested in your personal mock drafts which is silly

Getting Mims would be like getting the 2nd best overall WR in a usual draft year, but we are getting it in the second round value. His size/speed/ceiling are unreal.

Brett Kollman is a believer and so am I.

I'd prefer a DE or secondary player.  Or even an OL. Those are certainly the most pressing needs. But if you think he's the best player available, pull the trigger.  We are probably going to be more competitive than most folks think next year, but we aren't going to be a real contender. You have to stock the entire roster with talent. Are we really going to let Seth Roberts, Pharoah Cooper, and Keith Kirkwood stop you from adding a weapon like this?

I read somewhere after aRhule was hired that he thinks the ideal WR is 6’2”.   I could see us dealing Samuel to go get Mims.
