I get that it looks different, but realistically this structure of the program isn't that dissimilar from what we usually see. It's always a group of guys talking until the pick is actually made and then they show highlights of the guy that was taken.

What makes it feel different is they're not sitting together and there's no crowd going crazy behind them. As far as what's actually happening though, it's pretty much the same as it ever was
