Nothing to San Francisco, but you can understand it from Tampa's prespective. They probably never dreamed Wirfs would still be there at 13 and he was the last of the elite offensive linemen available. Giving up a 4th to insure you get him isn't an exorbitant price. You pay that to make sure a team like Miami who is desperate for oline help and has plenty of picks to move up from 18 doesn't beat them to it.
