He played for Rhule at Temple. He caught 1 pass for 13 yards in the XFL. He had 19 catches for 208 yards and 1 TD in three seasons at Temple. 

This is a terrible signing even for a camp body.

New staffs almost always heavily target guys they're familiar with in their first year. That's an issue when you have a coach who comes from Temple and Baylor.
