Why aren’t we talking about drafting an OT more?

LT is important because it’s the QB’s blindside. RT would be Tua’s blindside.

Despite all of the high first round D-tackles picked in the last 6-7 years, how much actually changed a team enormously, to where you game-plan around? Aaron Donald, Fletcher Cox Chris Jones? Who else?

Drafting a DT doesn't always mean they're going to rack up the sack totals. Some of it is being a guy that eats up space and allows your DEs/Rush LBers and pass rushing DTs to collapse the pocket and make plays.

I'm fine with a pick on either side of the lines because both sides are in bad shape. The O-line isn't as dilapidated as the D-line but it's still not great. That's why there's no reason to go after Simmons because he'll flounder on that Defense for at least two or three years.

they won’t,..Brown will be the pick. I’m just hoping the Getts takes Brown and that goes away. Then if Okudah and Simmons are also gone we get a choice on Wirfs, Thomas or Wills,..

Wow and to think we went 15-1 with studs Remmers and Oher. No we dont need to look at OT when our defense has the making of a historically bad season.

And how long did they last again? 2016 without Oher what did we do again?

we aren’t winningshit this year. Get a franchise left tackle. That’s the 2nd or 3rd most important on the team.

they also last a lot longer than Dt. see Jordan Gross, Joe Thomas and others...

Brown has been dominant in the SEC. His game film doesnt say run of the mill plug and play. He will anchor the defense for years. These type of players arent dime a dozen. I dont see one OT in this draft that is a sure thing.

I would say the opposite. I said my piece and I stand by it.

i would rather have Wirfs, Wills or Thomas than Brown.

OT, CB, Simmons,.. and then Brown. I won’t cry about it but he’s last on my list... just above Kinlaw
