It does make some sense in terms of balancing the two from Tepper’s perspective.

I would be pumped if we trade back and get Lamb that would be perfect . I’m not sold on C.J. Henderson going in the teens but nfl teams are loving him rn . And after him the cb class fall off a bit

I just see Samuel getting traded if we are thinking Lamb. With CMC playing some wr why would we want another wr especially first?

I do think Brown ends up being there at 7. It’s really in the hands of the Lions. If they do trade with Miami and pick at 5 I feel they’ll be more comfortable taking Okudah there
