Panthers willing to trade back?

If we trade back, then it means that a team wants to move up for a QB most likely.  And it means one of the QB has dropped to 7, either Tua or Herbert.

If they drop that means another player took their spot.  Conservatively, Burrow, Young, Okudah, Simmons, and one of the QBs.  Brown also is definitely a candidate to be gone as well.

If that is the case, we would have to choose between one of a super deep OL class (which we can pick up later in the first), or a WR (also super deep, which I don't think this team is looking at) and the dropping QB (regardless of what you think of Teddy, this coaching staff believes in him).

If the Raiders offer us both their firsts, it's a no brainer.  Same for Miami.  I say tell the Raiders that Miami offered us both their picks and a first next year, and see if they bite.

Why would Dolphins offer us their two lower 1st round picks for #7 when they could've just taken the QB at #5?

You guys need to pay attention to the draft value charts.

All the "if they give us multiple 1st's and their daughters" talk is kind of fantasy.

Raiders giving us both their first round picks means we give them our 1st and 2nd, and so on and so on.

Agreed.

Though in the past... draft value charts get ignored for high 1st QBs.

Wrong.

I'm not sure what you're trying to contend is factually incorrect here, because both of those statements are accurate, and I'm not sure I even care because you're a terrible poster

If Brown and Simmons are gone and we're not taking a QB, then we should definitely entertain a trade back. If that doesn't work out, despite lots of hollering from fans, we should probably take the best OT on the board.

What if Brown and Simmons being gone, means Okudah is still on the board?
