We have Grier who will be hoping that the XFL is still alive in 2 year. We have Walker who came from the XFL. Do we need another one of them? No.

Doesn't hurt and then throw them on the PS.  a 7th rounder or UDFA is barely an investment.

You’re absolutely right. That’s how we do it here in Carolina. Throw picks away while other teams actually try to find starters with all their picks.

The last 10 drafts: Armanti, Norwood, Gettis, Pugh, Pike, McClain, Fua, Hogan, Pilares, Wilson, Williams, Ziemba, Silatolu, Frank, Adams, Campbell, Kugbila, Barner, Bebe, Gaffney, Sanchez, Beau, Hall, Elder, Butker, Gaulden, Norton, Godwin. yesssss!

There is actually a thread on this topic that shows the Oantgers are actually at the top of the list statistically....maybe you should go check it out.  Not one team was above about 35% of picks ending up being 4 year starters...and the Panthers actually had the highest%.

Starter doesn't necessarily = quality starter. God knows we've seen the smelliest of dumpster fires routinely trotted out at OT by the Panthers over the last decade or so.
