Another report of Samuel being someone who could possibly be traded

Samuels needs a year with a healthy QB that isn't a poor backup throwing him the ball.

My biggest concern with Samuels is him actually catching the football. He has poor numbers per target when it comes to hauling the ball in, and that's doing as much damage as his numbers as who has been tossing him the pigskin.

He'll certainly get a chance this year with Teddy under center. Bridgewater spreads the ball around and an impressive clip. Stud WR open? Ball. TE open? Ball. RB open? Ball. 7th string WR open? Ball. If you're where you're supposed to be and you're open Teddy is going to put it on the numbers, so we'll get to see what we have at WR this year if the season happens.

Well, we cut Cam and his $20M contract to sign Teddy to his $60M+ contract, so it seems like we have a fetish for treading water with a boat anchor tethered to our ankle.

We’ll just look at who’s running this franchise.

It’s not the QB. It’s Samuel. Trust me.

I see Ted as a warm blanket for Brady. The big positive with this is if we have an issuetheire are zero acceptable excuses.

Still, hilarious! Could have gone with Hurney is still here so trading water since 2010 with a nice break in between.

The more I see of this, the more I believe that Rhule and Brady take Jeudy or Lamb

Have we even interviewed any of them? I don't understand where you're getting this from. It would make sense if they're speaking of getting rid of Moore, but we're talking about the 4th WR of the roster, behind McCaffrey, at this point.

There is an article by BR pretty much saying that Joe Brady needs more than 2 wrs and a Curtis Samuel for his offense.

Samuel may not be a good fit.

He was a running back coming out of OSU. Should’ve never even drafted him. We passed up on so many good receivers for him. That’s Carolina.

Yeah, my brother in law lives in Columbus--an OSU grad and season ticket holder---he told me that Samuel was raw and not even a good fit there.

But why take a WR so high in what is one of the deepest WR draft classes in possibly decades? Especially with a gaping hole at DT and CB? We can talk about finding talent at DT in later rounds all we want, but the fact remains that the fall off at DT and CB is a lot sooner than WR in this class.

We have met with Jeudy at the combine. I don’t think we met Lamb yet

    • We can't afford to reach for one of the first round QBs this year. I would love for nothing more than Bryce to be the reason we don't even scout the bastards
