I don't mind a trade down at all if Kinlaw or Henderson are still there. But obviously depends on who falls to 7 and if the offer is sweet enough.  If we pick up an extra 2nd, does Kinlaw + 2nd > Brown?  In a lot of ways it might. 

Even packaging the 2nd we pick up + our 3rd might be enough to move the 49ers off #31 if they're desperate to acquire picks. 

Coming out of the draft with Kinlaw, the #31 pick, and still having a 2nd rounder sounds decent to me.
