Do you take Tua if he is there? Okudah over Simmons?

If okudah is there he is the pick you don’t turn down a true shut down CB which happens to be our biggest need. More likely scenario is that tua will be there and you have to take him you don’t turn down a franchise qb even a rare lefty do tua would be my pick. Miami will pick Herbert and chargers pick the best OT that leaves tua in our lap something this front office never dreamed would happen that’s why they they were not looking for qb in the first cause they had no intention to trade up.

If Tagovailoa were on the board and this team passed on him then everyone should be fired.

Ehh it depends on his medical checks. There’s a legit possibility Tua is out of the league before his rookie contract is up because his hip doesn’t hold up.

Stabler and Star also

Thought about Stabler after the post---totally blanked about Starr.

You can ask the same question about Oregon and LSU

One of the best QB schools in the current NFL is NC State

Without the injury to his hip, Tua is the #1 pick in this year's draft. If he falls to #7, then you HAVE to take him. Worst case he sits a FULL year - may be a non-issue due to COVID19, and comes back fully healthy. Heck, he could sit 2 years if necessary. That'd work perfectly with Teddy's contract.

Always go BPA with a top 10 pick. You don't want to be the team that passes on Luke Kuechly because you have Jon Beason as the starter.

Alabama is actually tied for first with Superbowl winning QBs with 3

So what your're telling me is that they haven't produced a successful NFL QB since the 70's and only 1 post merger. That's a really solid track record.
