How I love Jonathan Greenard. Even when Bobby Petrino was winning football game in-spite of himself, Greenard was the only thing holding Louisville's defense together. Complete game changer rushing the passer in college. When he went down the year before he transferred Louisville's season was done in week 1.

Yeah, I think if Epenesa falls to us (big if) he should be the guy. Amik Robertson probably otherwise. Amik is graded right there with the other cluster of corners.

Robertson makes sense if they like him enough. He has a 2nd round grade. 

 

Fulton is because of media overhype (same as Delpit), injury, character, and because he was picked on later in the year.

Sounds like a Marty move.  I know a few guys who also have connections within the scouting community who say Amik will go late 2nd at the earliest and thats if there is a CB run.

Maybe your guy who has him graded early 2nd.  But there are a TON who dont have him that high.  NFL.com has him as a rd 4-5 grade, and while not a scout, they hear things and have connections.  Theyre not giving a guy a rd 4-5 grade if scouts have a early 2nd on him.

While we're on the subject of character, do you get the sense that teams are knocking Diggs because they know his brother will be in his ear?

Epenesa isn’t athletic enough to play DE in the NFL, he’s basically a 5T and that’s it. Would be horrific since we are running a 4-3. Another unathletic player in the top 40 would simply be a disaster

Certain 4-3 he can, multiple 4-3 is one of them.
