We used to do these before and they never end up working. 

Think part of that problem was that it was on the draft board which there is very little traffic.

If it stays on pg 1 of the main board, people should pay attention.

Yeah, we're not going to have people on the clock in the wee hours of the early morning. Let's just try to make picks as quickly as we can. If it's in the middle of the day and someone hasn't made a pick for hours we'll just have to skip them. In that case, would y'all want me to just make the pick for them or would you rather it play out like the actual draft where the next team could step in and steal the pick and so on and so forth?
