I don't think you can go wrong with Brown or Simmons. My heart wants Simmons, but my head would go with Brown.

Brown is definitely the safe pick and fills a huge need. But if you take Brown, you better build around him or it’ll be a waste of a pick. Brown alone won’t win a SB. You’ll need to add high high perineal edge rusher to go along with Brown, Burns and Short. Hope that you have the next SF dline.

That's the case for everyone. Simmons isn't going to do us much good by himself while he's fighting off blockers because of our terrible DL. Okudah isn't going to do us much good by himself while we're getting the ball ran down our throats. Brown won't do us much good by himself while he's fighting constant double teams but at least that might open up opportunities for others.

No single pick wins a Super Bowl, not even QB.

That’s true. I just think that Okudah is an elite corner. He can take the opponent’s #1 or #2 out of the game. Simmons is a freak athlete. You can scheme him in coverage, run or blitz packages. I like Brown a lot but I just don’t see him as “elite” as Quinnen last year.

Herbert for me. Not often your in position to get a good QB, take it when you get the chance.

I don’t hate Herbert if he was the pick. I just think that he’s the biggest boom or bust player in this draft. Great size and nice arm. Leadership is a red flag and he did not wow me during his time at Oregon. It could be Herbert or it could be Oregon putting him in a bad situation.

Tom Brady. You could even make a case for Mahomes last year.

Neither Tom nor Mahomes won a championship by themselves..  Belichick scheme and Andy Reid schemes are proven.. And both of those teams have alot of talent..
