Not everybody you draft is going to be a starter so that's a dumb question..

The QB, 4 WR are competing to start, LT will start 1 of the Guards signed will start the other is competing to start and TE is a rotational position so the TE will get time..

I forgot they actually signed 3 QB then traded 1 away..

And you prove me correct. Rotational guys count. Whitehead is a starter. Burris will probably be a starter. Weatherly and Kerr have a good shot at being a starters. If they’re not starters, they’ll see plenty of time on the field bc of defensive scheming. Kirkwood and Roberts may not even see the field. May not even make the team.

Not you're not correct.. They still have to pay these guys .. They still got money.. They still count against the cap right now so they're signing is stopping us from signing other guys.  This isn't madden.. The reality is they have put more FA resources and money into the offense then the defense... IF it was the other way we wouldn't have Holes at DT, CB, LB and depht for all those positions... If Kirkwood and Robert's and White weren't here we could have another CB, DT, and Depht on the defense... No matter if you think they will make it.. Their signing right now are stopping us from signing other positions...

Ian Thomas played in 10 games got 30 snaps and had a roster spot all year.. Other TE's didn't have a spot or got paid from this team...

No just stop living in a bubble and put more thought to your opinion... And you'll be okay.. Signing a player is more then just playing time cap situation and salary is part of the deal as well...

Teddy QB, Okung LT, Anderson WR2, DeValve TE1 or 2, Miller RG. We lost Cam, Olsen and Turner (trade).  We lost a lot of defensive players Luke, Addison, Irvin, Cockrell, Bradberry, Reid, Poe all we’re starters. We “replaced” Luke with Whitehead (huge drop off), Addison and Irvin with Weatherly and Smith (neither are starters), no CBs to replace Cockrell, Elliott, and Bradberry, Burris to replace Reid?, and Poe replaced with Kerr (not a starter). So our offense has a foundation with CMC, Moore, Anderson, Teddy, Moton, and Okung with hopes of Samuel and Thomad continuing to develop. On defense we have Shaq, KK, and Boston with hopes of Jackson and Burns continuing to develop. We desperately need a couple starting CBs (outside and nickel) and DT with with LB, DE, and S needing upgrades or competition. On offense we need a guard/center with could use a 3rd WR to challenge Samuel, maybe a back up RB?
