Think your looking at it with a closed mind. Not about the clicks or the qualifications... what kind of qualifications are there for a scout? What qualifications did Kiper or Mcshay have when they started? That doesn't matter really in this field, what does matter is the skills you have developed over time and how often you hit or miss on guys. You can't get a degree in scouting. All that matters is results, The more your right the more attention you draw to your platform. which is my point. how good is walter at getting actual results  instead of saying oh he is qualified.
