They needed new uniforms, but these are not an improvement.  At best it is a push.

The Bucs change is a bit of a throwback, which is good because their most recent change was gawd awful.

Nike's uniform designs are very hit or miss.  They did fine with the Seahawks, Lions, and even the Dolphins.  But did they ever screw up the Browns, initial shot at the Jags and Bucs.  I think they are slowly learning that what they can peddle at the high school or even college level does not stick in the NFL.  Although these Falcons unis, sans the black on white, look like something I might see on a high school field on a Friday night or Saturday afternoon.

Are you trying to get noticed out of boredom or are you just lacking a chromosome or two? 
 

They play in our division. We are rebranding so we will eventually get new uniforms also. Do you see any correlation or do I or others need to elaborate more?

I like the black on white but the ATL gives it too much of an NBA feel IMO.

The issues with all these new nike uniforms are they look basically the same as one another. There’s no character to them. No sense of individuality outside of logo and color scheme. They have no sense of style. Everything these days seems like they are trying so hard to look “slick and modern” but end up looking bland and unimaginative. Yes some throwback uniforms looked gassy but at least someone took the time to give them personality. I’ll use an example of how design language has gotten lazy and more about “tech” than aesthetics. I won’t expect a lot of the people on the board to get this because over the years I’ve noticed a lot lack appreciation in the fashion department but here goes. The uniform changes are equivalent to the last time Jordan brand made a decent looking basketball shoe. The stuff they come out with today would only be worn on the basketball court because tech outweighs fashion. The new uniforms being released this year akin to the same. I hope and wish when we change ours we can meet a happy medium.

Agree. I have zero problems with any of our jerseys. Sure there’s a chance we could make them better but it’d be much more likely they turn out worse like this. I think Tepper will change them in the next couple years though as he continues to put his stamp on the team. We’ll see.

while some changes are organic (unpopular design) since switching from Reebok to Nike, the plan was for the entire NFL to overhaul over a span of years.  and for those unis locked in (PIT, GB, DAL) alternates are the compromise.
