First Round Options--Choose Wisely

I had a dream tonight that we took Brown. Once in a while I have a dream where I get laid so I wouldn't put much stock in it though.

I would be floored with any of the three. I prefer Okudah(most difficult position to find an elite player), Brown(biggest position of need), and Simmons(a less valuable position but a prospect with potentially the highest ceiling).

Edit: Due to some requests and Hurney's penchant to make dumb mistakes...I added QBs.

I like Okudah and rather have him but looks like Detroit will take him at #3.  The OLine has been a wreck since we lost Norwell and Kalil and all good teams have a strong OLine to protect their QB.  If Okudah is at #7 grab him and run like a thief in the night.

As much as a believer in building from the middle-out and starting from the benches, I would make my first post-Newton/Kuechly jersey an Okudah jersey.

Black Okudah, Blue CMC are what I'm thinking btw. Leaning towards a white Moore since I still haven't replaced JStew

Brown and Okudah aren’t making much of a difference on this team. The only time you take a corner this high is if you have all over positions covered. Lockdown corners are no more essentially with the rules the way they are and it would be way too easy to avoid Okudah if by the slim chance he was a lockdown corner with this defense

So far Okudah is running away with this poll, but it still early.  Brown is my 1A and Okudah 1B, I would be happy with either.

I would normally vote OT here, but since I'm not 100% sold on one of these guys being a top tier tackle, I voted Okudah.

If the scouts told me that they were sold on whichever OT and his ability to play the left side, that would be the player I would select.

Simmons is a stud and no way would I pass on him.  Guy just makes plays and is all over the field.

every player on that list that doesn't throw the ball is an ancillary overinvestment, a feel good add-on that panther fans will coo about as he racks up pro bowl alternate selections while teams with franchise QBs go to super bowls.

For me, Tua if he is there. Assuming he is gone, then it's either Okudah, Simmons, or an OT.

I am a fan of Brown, but would try to trade down before picking him. If no valid trade partner, then take Brown and don't look back.
