Yes let’s give a guy with injury issues another huge contract. Seems a lot of people on this board let feelings get in the way of “just business”

Yeah so is that why the Panthers just gave a QB with an injury history who has only played 15 games in the past 4 seasons a 21 million per year contract?

Get that poo out of here.

This needs to be repeated. Cam nut huggers are out in force, but this is a very logical business move anyone should have seen coming.

Let me repeat it.

The Panthers replaced Cam with a QB who has a leg that is a ticking time bomb who has only played 15 games in the past 4 seasons.

Cam and Kyle got murdered behind our Oline and it is currently the worst it has looked in years. I'm cringing just thinking about it.

My expectations for this Panthers team are through the floor, so anything they do beyond 0-16 will be a pleasant surprise. The loss in talent is epic, and that was from a team that was already low in talent. This new team is an abortion. The talent is so lacking that I think it might be our least talented team ever, but maybe not.

The draft has to be a homerun, and we'll need our rookies to make an impact right away.

Cam's long strides, strength, and cannon for an arm made him a terror to deal with for opposing defenses. If he recovers we'll regret sending him packing when he wanted to stay. Then again, we have no idea if he'll ever be anywhere near what he once was, and that was too risky for Hurney and company.

We have a game manager QB on a team with low talent levels. Not good. We're set up to fail in the short term.

We're not going to stop hearing from Cam fans until we win a SB, so in other word we're going to have to wait for them to die off from old age ect.

Teddy had a freak injury several years ago and has done nothing but prove himself to be fine.

You can't use an old ACL tear as an excuse when Thomas Davis went though it 3 times and resurrected from the dead.

I wonder why Cam never speaks to the local media?

When was the last time he went on a Charlotte radio station to speak?

Does have an adversarial relationship with the local media?

If so he should work on shoring that up, would probably help him in his quest for employment elsewhere.

Man some of you guys need to move on. I know it’s boring with Cam not having a team and all, no one to root for but why are you still here flaming up the Panthers forums. Jesus

he’s gone get over it and move the fug on, Panthers are still here and for the first time in 25 years they’re  moving in a different direction. Let’s be excited for that because I don’t know why the hell some of you guys act like you’ll miss our 7 win game average since 2016 and 6/5 win seasons

I admit, at first,  I was sad to see the Cam era end.

I also admit, the Cam era never gave the fruit it should have.

I'll also admit, can't depend on a guy whom hasn't been healthy, and the team is going through a major change.

Now the biggest admission of all. I'm glad he's no longer our problem.

A logical business move is to be an ars.

Good luck in your next venture.

I don’t need your “luck.” I have a successful business and luck has nothing to do with it. And I know all about hard decisions- one of my first employees was my own brother who I also had to fire. Love him to death but he didn’t bring value to my company.
