My conviction level is equal to or higher than yours and you can bloviate as long as you like but it won't change my opinion nor that of many many others who are taking the other side of your trade.

Marty having personally gone to Oregon during covid19 says QB all day.

Plenty of promising QBs who are all supposed to be top ten talent.

Burrow, Herbert, Tua, Love. Land any of those guys you have a future at QB.

Burrow, Herbert, Love could start right away having NFL bodies that are healthy and ready.

Tua is such a high risk/reward because he may be the best QB coming out this year and somebody may look stupid for passing on him.

Hopefully the Panthers roll the dice on Tua if Herbert is gone but I wouldn't be mad if Love was the pick at #7.

It's now or a really long time from now to get our pick out of the crop because Trevor's are not at all guaranteed.

Yea I’m not sure about Herbert or love, haven’t done my own research. But I don’t care for what I’ve heard from the nfl “analysts” about them. If we’re going to draft a QB high, this is the year.  Signing Teddy really screwed up any strategy would could have possibly been employing to get good any time soon. He’s too good for us to suck bad enough to get this high of a pick again, but not good enough to take this team to 10+ wins. Should have stuck with Cam.  Either he’d be healthy and we’d have our superstar QB back that can carry a bad team and bad coaching on his back, or he’s not healthy and we’ll have another bad year en route to a high pick and draft a QB.

Tua and Burrow are the only ones worth a top 10 pick. If they aren’t there at 7 I hope we don’t take Herbert. Not saying Herbert is going to suck, he just has a higher risk of busting in my opinion. Trade down or go with Brown, Simmons, or Okudah. We also have too many needs to trade up. I’m fine with giving Teddy a chance and evaluating next year’s QBs if needed.
