Any of these guys under 25 and cheap?  That seams to be 2 key requirements these days.

We're going to have to make exceptions at CB and DT

A Drayton Florence type will be signed pretty soon. We were already forced to sign a 29 year old NT in Zach Kerr.

As far as younger CBs, the Saints' ex-DB PJ Williams is only 26, but I'm not sure what his deal is. I know he had a concussion recently and recall him being good at FSU when he was there. Not sure if he is a FA because of talent or crowded DB room.... idk. 

Wouldn't mind having an ex-Saint that can help bring some knowledge of the enemy over. I'm sure Teddy is pretty familiar with him as well, so if it hasn't happened yet, then maybe there is a reason.

Just to add undrafted/late rounder, cut, great team-mate/locker room, hard worker, ties to Temple/Baylor/other staff teams, and willing to play for a loser. 

Most have a good mix of those, no judgement here. Rhules' task will make Rons' first year lock out look like kindergarten with all the 19 stuff. He may get a full year tho. I thought that was fantasy land thinking, but unless a legit vaccine(it maybe here) is found AND given to all... just super super super complex and looking dire.

I somewhat remember him being cut and bounced around, before landing back on the Saints. A former 2nd rounder too, I think. I dont know if he fits what Rhule is looking for. He had a bad rep as being lazy and unprofessional, but you either learn or someone else takes your job. He may have changed, no idea. I do know the Saints are with the "Cowboy/Bengals" , we will sign anyone no matter the issue.   Honestly the no idea how Rhule and company will solve the CB problem. The CB coach has no pro exp and one of the Baylor bros, hell he doesnt have much lead CB coach exp either.

 I’ve been here a lot longer than you and know more about this team than you ever will. Just don’t read them. Sorry you can’t handle unbiased opinions that don’t 100% agree with you. I was going to leave but WatchIng this fanbase eat each other alive is addictive. And knowing it bothers you(and others) makes me want to stay forever. Can’t wait to dine on some tears that will be flowing for years.
