This team has never put 2 winning seasons together back to back.  Luke was amazing....but a winning team was never established while he was a Panther.  That saddens me.  Luke deserved better and so did I as a fan.

Identifying defensive talent and putting them in the right place to excel was NOT Rivera's problem.  If I am the Redskins, I would trust him with that part.

Anything related to offense, how to build one, building a game plan to counter what an opponent does (pre-game), or making in-game adjustments to counter what an opponent is doing, those are a different matters.

The buck stops with Richardson in regards to that track record.

I know many many Huddle denizens are very concerned about the new owner but I hope all will rest easy --- Tepper will get it right.

I'm looking for 8-8 this year and upwards from there...setting that aside, in a 10-year time frame (starting now) I look for a minimum of 7 winning seasons and 6 playoff appearances...minimum. 

In a 20-year time frame I look for a minimum of 14 playoff appearances.

Under Richardson the team had 8 playoff appearances in 25 years.

Ron with roster control is at least something to entertain us all. They should just go a head and trade all the picks after the 2nd round away because those guys will probably never see the field on their rookie deals out side of special teams and IRed injury replacements.
