tepper wanted to move on and doesn’t want egg on his face if and when cam is successful elsewhere. so to a guy like that holding on to him through the free agent rush before cutting him is worth way more than a late round pick. players will take notice. not sure what we’re gonna do for free agents once we’ve signed all of the players that played for rhule in college

The one thing I would point out is that a lot more people should have seen this coming. 

People got their hopes up over intentionally vague statements. It was an avoidable mistake.

Something tells me a lot of people won't make that same mistake again.

There's nothing intentionally vague about saying you're excited to coach someone and want to win championships with someone. There was intentional vagueness about the health issue, but that got confirmed as a lie today when we released Cam the same day he passed a physical. He lied, period.

I'm not sure Hurney did honestly. Hurney drafted the dude number one overall. I think Tepper wanted him gone and Rhule and Hurney nodded their heads because they like their jobs

Ehh something is going on. I dont know how "healthy" cam really is. Teams are gonna want to take there own look I guess after this crisis.

As for Tepper, if he draft trevor and this teams wins again I dont think anyone will be mad. Winning cures everything.

Now if this team goes on a avg to bottom feeder run then yeah you gonna see Cam stuff brought up every other month on huddle. Especially if Beli gets his cheatin ass hands on em and wins sb.

Cam is an xfactor. You never know if dude bounces back from this or not.

That’s essentially what happened. People are still looking a reason for it to not be a mutual break up because they’re entirely enthralled with who Cam is.
