Honestly, these workout videos don't really mean much to me. 

I remember Jon Beason posting a ton of videos of him working out when he was coming back and trying to prove he was healthy again. Dude just couldn't stay healthy once he hit the field. You can workout all you want but we really won't know how well his body will hold up until bullets start actually flying. 

I hope he has a long and successful second half of his career, but if the past 4 years are any indication, that won't be the case.

I’ll miss him too, but he hasn’t really been on this team since 2017. I think the injures took their toll. It’s like a hot but crazy ex girlfriend, it’s just better to not think about it and move on.

Maybe it's because it was my childhood, but it felt much worse losing Jake. And I was at that Cardinals playoff game, my second ever lower bowl seating too. Granted, again, I was in middle school during the first super bowl and in college when Jake left.

He was reportedly going to “do his thing” when we resigned Cam to a long term deal. That went well for him.

The literal same exact people who used to b*tch about Rivera giving vets too many chances are the ones complaining about how the NFL is such a cold business and we're doing Cam dirty.
