I think it was just a desperation move from Ron that wasn't all that well thought out and executed even worse.

The #Cowboys have agreed to basic terms on a deal for free agent DT Dontari Poe, source said. They are finalizing the language on the deal, but it will get done. Another big-name former #Panthers DT in free agency.

Do Poe and McCoy share an agent? If so, that guy could sell ice to the Inuit! How do you talk Jerry Jones into buying a defensive line in bulk, much less a really, really bad one?
