I'd be happy with any of them.  We need a star at any of the three levels of defense or OT would be fine, although Top 10 OT's don't seem to pan out as much as late 1st round/2nd round guys...

I think Hurts is mentally there. He has decent arm strength, pocket presence, and an ability to run. I don’t think he has the other things you need to be a QB like I previously mentioned. Got any argument as to why you think we should pick him in the 2nd?

I think he fits what we have been and certainly gives marks to where the QB position is going in the NFL. Smart, mobile QB with good arm strength fits the bill.

In all honesty, it should be between Simmons, Brown, and the best OT in the draft. IF we stick at #7. If somehow they trade down, which is what I would love to happen in this deep draft and current "Retool" mode, you gain more draft capital and get more guys because you damn well know there's a lot of holes left with how this team is being currently gutted.

I am conflicted about Okudah, Simmons, or Brown being the best choice. I doubt they all would be available so pick who is left. I would pick Brown with Okudah closely behind with Simmons neck and neck. But it would be defense even if Tua were available. We already have our version of him courtesy of the XFL.

Honestly think this would be a sneaky good pick but if they go defense in the first they need to make a real attempt to get Denzel Mims in the second or Tee Higgins
