Carolina Huddle Flag Football?

As much fun as tackle is, you're right... most of us (falcons fans excluded ) have jobs and can't really afford to pick up any kind of injury.

Flag is a possibility but it can be kind of a pain... two-hand tag with refs, maybe?

You put one flag on a guy or two and its not really all that easy.

Had a flag football game in the military against units who didn't like each other. 6 of us got field grades and 2 actually got court marshaled. By the end we were using flags to stabilize fractures. . Should have had a medical unit on standby.

You should make rules like if people start getting too aggresive they have to sit for a bit or something like that...i love flag foosball... PUT ME ON THE LINE!!!! WOOOO

ya the hard part is that not all huddlers are living in NC...so if we can get a lot together that would be a big accomplishment

I'd love to be apart of it but I live in Greensboro so chances seem pretty slim.

Sounds fun, but if it's organized, who's going to fund the insurance premium on this bad boy, or create the waiver? I imagine there are a lot of heart attacks waiting to happen on this board.

LMAO, im 35 too, altho I'd like to think I could play some tackle football. (remembering the past)

It's a whole lot more likely I would pass out from running before I could catch a pass to be tackled. :eek:

I'm down to play, but I also have anger issues. I'm like Steve Smith without the talent. I played on a horrible team about five years ago and got ejected because I was cursing loudly and repeatedly punching the ground after the play was dead.

I gave myself a boxer's fracture that day.

The rules would have to be adjusted some. 11 on 11, bump and run coverage allowed, contact allowed on LOS. QB cant run but can throw out of bounds any time.
