As much fun as tackle is, you're right... most of us (falcons fans excluded ) have jobs and can't really afford to pick up any kind of injury.

Flag is a possibility but it can be kind of a pain... two-hand tag with refs, maybe?

pffttt torn acl's usually happen without contact, cleat getting stuck and cuttign wrong, etc etc.......oopps now you wont play at all

I play flag football every week actually...and you are right we have had an acl injury once...but add tackle to that bro and it really isnt worth it!

i agree. too many people that play just for fun, arent trained to tackle correctly anyways....they think its madden and they try to hit stick everyone.....someone could get hurt bad.....flag would be a hel've a good time. the beer afterwards would be even better haha.

too bad we didnt think of this sooner, get something for the dolphins/panther game in 2 weeks then all go to the game and tailgate and share war stories and show off bruises haha

why not shoot for a saturday sometime? most people will be off work, or will find it easier to take a day off of work, and it won't interfere with NFL games on sunday.

some huddlers played flag football about a year ago...it progressed to tackle. Tackle hurts when you're 30 or have to tackle me.
