Why Haven't The Panthers Cut Cam Yet?

Pretty fuged up how this team is trying its hardest to sabotage Cam's future. I really am beginning to despise David Tepper, I already hate Hurney and think hes a T E R R I B L E GM. Cut the dude and let him go find his future they are not gonna get poo in a trade with the way they went about this. Why keep him on the roster to further add insult to injury?

Come on.  He's being released from a contract with less than a year remaining, which frees him up to pursue the team he wants, not the one he lands on.  What's so disrespectful about that?

Nope he got paid very well for nothing last year no need to start to act like we need to do Cam some big favor.

What it’s called business not feelings or emotions nope not the name of this game. Business must be conducted with our interest at the forefront no need to give Cam away get healthy get traded what’s so hard about that. I also think Hurneys ass so we agree on some things.

The longer they wait the less chance he has to play for another team this year. Had they decided to move on from him earlier in the year instead of the dumbass way they went about things then sure but They are not going to get anything for Cam Newton. I will say it again, They will not be getting any draft picks for Cam Newton no matter how long they wait. If draft picks is what they want hold onto him for another year then let him walk after his contract expires so we get a Comp. Pick. That is LITERALLY the only way we get a draft pick for Cam leaving.

The Panthers could do to Cam what Detroit did the Barry Sanders. Hold him in the dark and keep him on the team until his contract expires. That would be a crappy thing to do.

Allen and Foles are worth more than Cam, thats a impossible pill for the Cam fans to swallow. Doubt if Cam believes it either.

No they're not, they're just healthy enough to be traded, while Cam isn't.

Bridgewater just signed, next step is to reach an injury settlement with Cam. See no reason to hold onto him now, doubt they can get anything for him. I guess, however, if the season is cancelled, they'd hold onto his rights and be able to trade him next year.
