I don't think the season will be canceled but it very well could be started on a delay, like first reg season game in mid october

i believe the drs and nurses on the front line

The rest of it is conjecture, no matter who it comes from, no matter how many press conferences 

as for sports, I miss it as it is a break from this virus and wretched politics

the world survived the 100 years before football and it will survive if there is no season this year.  The owners should pay the players, in full or %

I have looked around and while yes there are less people out there are still enough for the virus to grow. Numbers are still rising.

I am convinced everyone making posts like the OP, weren't Panther fans before Cam. 

I knew our fan based grew when Cam arrived...and most of his tenure here, it was always pretty easy to spot the Cam fans (the ones that weren't really here for the Panthers). 

I knew a lot of them would leave when Cam's era was done here, but I didn't realize they were going to cry so much in the process!!!

The vast majority of people that are out, have to be.   Grocery stores, gas stations, medical staff, government workers such as postal employees, military, and police, have to be out.  There is no choice.  Yeah, there are a few idiots, but in a nation of 300 million plus, that is bound to happen.

And the shutdown's/restrictions were never about stopping the virus completely.  They were about slowing it down enough to avoid overwhelming medical facilities.   We can't shut down society completely. If we did, the ramifications would be worse than the virus.

Jeez. Y’all have been busy. Didn’t start this to discuss merits or ramifications of Covid in general. Just wanted ideas/opinions on what would happen if the season is cancelled which I still believe is going to happen as people aren’t taking necessary precautions enough.
