Just saw the trailer Besides the obvious PC culture undertones, it looks pretty badass. Kinda like a Firefly, Farscape Feel with overt cyperpunk overtones. We know where The Expanse budget went now.

Watched Friday night's episode. 

Maybe it will get better. The backstory is pretty good. Some of the characters could be entertaining (especially the ship's computer) but man, the acting is soooo bad and the special effects are soooo cheezy. Some of the makeup/prosthetics are pretty good, but some is pretty laughable.

Ya that’s what I’m worried about as the acting is usually SyFy biggest downfall, outside of BSG and The Expanse.
