The player outbursts you're seeing now

Actually, Gettleman got fired because he basically singlehandedly demolished a Super Bowl roster because he got in a pissing contest with an agent. His firing was on his actions and his alone, and thank god because he wanted to give Kelvin "Golden Corral" Benjamin a massive extension.

Watching this makes me both happy, and sad.

Why can't our fans accept players for being their goofy and fun selves like they embraced Tepper? Instead we get curmudgeons who will cheer for instances like this in one breath, and then scream about Cam Newton being childish for flying around on the field like a helicopter before games in another breath. Just mind boggling.

The best teams are shrewd and trade or release players before their tank is empty. Us fans don’t like it but NE is a master at this. Can you imagine this fan base if we released a goat like Tom Brady?  Or Peyton Manning?

If you have been in management, you are familiar with the disgruntled employee.  You try to separate on good terms, but there are times it blows up.  The fired employee has the voice---the employer has to remain silent.

remember that as you read the rants from 30-year olds who are facing rejection for the first times in their lives.  They do not know how to handle it.  Not to say this defines this situation, but it probably does to some degree.

Bringing up how many women he's gotten pregnant shows you've lost the argument before you've even started.

Guys don't even try to hide their disdain. Just sad.

Ethical issues outside can lead to a firing. I'm sure DT loved the crap Cam shared with the world clearly admitting there was a conflict.

Can you show me sir where David Tepper said anything like Cam said? Did he flip him off on Instagram? Did he whine about commitment hours before our new NFL HC had to speak at the combine, causing likely masses of questions?  Did he say that Cam was staying before the organization had discussed and confirmed this on a radio show?

David Tepper said we will talk when Cam is healthy. Matt Rhule said he would be excited to coach Cam, but never committed to him being here.

Your bias is clearly showing bro. Jerry's good boys are sticking together, I'm glad we're finally making some cuts that hurt feelings.

"Your bias is clearly showing" says the guy who wants to drag an athlete's sex life into the conversation.

You're a weird dude.

I don't want to drag in an athletes sex life. When you're with a woman and get another pregnant while the woman you claim to still be with and the mother of 3 of your kids is pregnant with your 4th... that is adultery and grounds for divorce if they we're actually married. Cam will get hammered for child support and sooner or later this will hit the media when Cam starts appearing in court as he plans to do to get partial-custody of his kids.

Hate to tell you buddy, this is the bible belt and that is unacceptable around here. Frankly, any man that gets another woman pregnant while his child is in another womans wound WHILE he still claims to be with her is a cheater and a piece of poo; IDC how good he is at football, I'll say it now that he is gone.

You just want to keep punching that one thing and ignore the 6 other things he did. I can get over that, but I doubt David Tepper was impressed. Look who he got, one of the most clean cut, generous, and quiet guys in the NFL at QB.

I respect Cam for his time here, but that was damn wrong. You think I'd want that man to be the role model for my kids? No, that's why it matters.

If it was his first kid with kia and he did it, I can ignore it, but you don't have 4 kids with one woman and knock someone else up WHILE your 4th is in that said woman's womb... at least settle the relationship, custody, and child support before getting another woman pregnant.

I'm also not the one who was bragging publicly about not having sex for a month, he publicly broadcasts his sex life.
