I would have thought it would be a 70's era Bucs team.  Forgot NO was terrible for like eternity until the Peyton era arrived.   I think this group might have a shot at the title.

The worst defense I've ever seen was the 2008 Lions.  But the numbers aren't the absolute worst, because teams would beat them down so fast they'd just run the clock out, because the offense couldn't score either.  But if teams needed to put up 60 points a game on them, they could have.

They traded or released some of their best players on defense, then brought in a bunch of "try hard" guys.  They had undersized DTs playing next to undersized DEs who were playing in front of undersized LBs.  Teams just mauled them like it was nothing.
