nick foles was injured last year and also is garbage lol. teams just know the panthers have absolutely no leverage and aren't in a hurry to trade for a qb who will be cut tomorrow or the next day

I still believe it.  One coach out there 100% believes in Cam.   Who will let Cam be whatever Cam wants to be.

Up to Cam and how much he wants to play football.  But no team is going to give him a deal with years on it.  He is going to have to prove his health. 

Smart play for Cam is walk away like Luke.  But some dudes love football more than their health.  Up to Cam.  Support whatever.  But I love watching Cam be Cam and would fully support him going to DC and being w/ Ron.
