Whatever. Warm body that's going to take a beating. My only hope is we wait until next year to pick up the future franchise QB. This staff needs a test run before they make big moves or commitments.

I too can't stand Cowherd, but he does speak a lot of truth in that. Some parts are a little off, but I do believe this offense will be as good with Bridgewater at QB and more consistent. Bridgewater's mechanics and processing is something we have not seen for almost a decade here and I think Brady and Rhule will have him set up for success.

What I thought was interesting about what Cowherd said was that Rivera is a great errrr....good coach at least but Cam is not a good QB. His qualifiers were that Rivera got another job and went to a Super Bowl. Their careers have coincided almost exactly (Rivera as head coach), except for games Cam was injured. Cam's career winning percentage is 53.8% and Rivera's is 53.7% and Cam also went to a Super Bowl.

Surely I would think Teddy B will buy Palardy's #5... He has always been #5 so it just makes sense.

If Palardy does not sell his jersey # to TB then I can see #6, #8# being possibilities.

Am I the only one that feels like we are not done with the QB position? 

I feel like Teddy B will not be the long term QB for this team. I think he is just a bridge QB until our rookie QB (I truly suspect we will draft one in Rd 2)

If We draft a QB it will be round 1, Herbert!! After that it’s a waste after signing Bridgewater!! But I think we are going defense on first pick..

I would prefer we wait until '21, but who knows with this FO. I would prefer we go almost all defense (maybe a center that can convert to guard) this year.

I really think Teddy can be here for the next 6-8 years.... I don't understand why he isn't seen as a more long-term goal. I might be in the minority, but I think he's more than just a game manager. I'd rather spend $$ and draft picks surround him with talent on both sides of the ball. 28 years old in November is still prime years for a QB.

Who knows? The last back-up Saints QB we signed played pretty well for a little while. How ironic would that be if it happened again? Lol

Not sure I would ever describe Cam as being accurate and smart. 

Cam is the opposite of Teddy. Cam is a physical specimen playing QB. 

If Joe Brady is half as good as I think he is, we will at worst have a decent offense. 

I am more concerned with the D and Snow. 

Although, if we draft Brown and a CB in the 2nd and another DT later, I will be relieved some. 

To add to that his strong game is in the short yards and he know has the best 2 slant options in cmc and more. Think this team gonna suprise THIS year

He was #5 at Louisville, Vikings, Jets, and Saints, while our #5 is a Punter... do you really think he'll have any other number than #5?

Newton had one year he won the MVP, therefore Cowherd noticed.

It's not just one year. Newton is the single biggest reason the Panthers went from the worst in the league, to a rise of a 17-2 season an SB appearance.

Completely failing to recognise the failure of the O-line. Just touched on it.

Cam may be "average", but that still means he's one of the best in the league!

Newton's and Rivera's record's are at the hip. How tf does he **** on one, and embellish the other?

Being hired by the Redskins isn't exactly a validation of Rivera.

Less cred that a 3 post member on this on this board.
