Jerry Tepper. Why would Rhule come out publicly and say what he said then to have the organization go another way.

Not mad. Potentially trash football though. It seems obvious Herbert or Love in the draft. THIS was the tank, #7.

That’s a good question I have wondered about myself. Logically, it wouldn’t make sense. I know there are injury settlements sometimes but those are usually small contracts.

Rhule May have wanted to keep him but Tepper said he wants his own stamp on the team.

he said as much almost word for word after Ron was fired. Cam is a holdover from Jerry’s team.

Cam did manage NFLROY, NFLMVP, and a SuperBowl trip.....

I mean, there has been a lot of careers much more mishandled.  Ron and Cam BOTH have one important similarity....they both agree Cam should be Cam.  Which IMO is a large part of if you believe Cam was mismanaged or not.  Maybe he shouldn't of been allowed to be Cam so much.  But Cam and Ron both wanted that.

CMC, DJ, seem safe, but yeah, I've seen business people do that. Ive see a guy tear out a modern system and put an old one in because HE bought the shop.

He should have been better protected.

The 2015 OL should have been the norm, not the exception. But as long as Rivera was head coach, the primary concentration was always going to be on defense. Newton was expected to be his version of Randall Cunningham.
