Maybe it’s just me but I’m gonna save my outrage until I see how the team performs. From my lens it looks like we’re targeting players with certain traits who have something to prove. Heart is awesome I just hope the talent is adequate enough to balance out any deficiencies the guys we’re signing may have....I wasn’t looking for any home run signings anyways.

If you'd watch some fuging film of the guy, you might see he holds the edge quite well, pretty damn good against the run. But hey, if you don't know his name, we're fuged.

The new coach is supposed to be great at finding and developing underappreciated players.

We are going to be asking "Who????" a lot this summer. Hopefully, those will turn into "oh, him!" responses before it is all said and done.

You all are living in the cap from 2008.  $6mil a year is a decent rotational player price.  Star DEs pull QB money now.

People on here don't know what it takes to pay a rotational DE.  

Vikings fans are very high on this guy.  Not only good in the community but they saw him as a future starter.

So only half is guaranteed?  Seems like a good contract at this point, and will hopefully be a great value based on performance.

Neither does Hurney the guy notorious for handing out bad contracts with too much money to players who don’t deserve it. But thanks for playing. If you can’t tell by the deals happening we way overspent but you must not keep up with other teams and have tunnel vision

UDFA rookie contract.  That's like comparing what Norwell got here when we signed him straight out of Ohio State and what the Jags paid him.
