According to Bleacher report, he is in serious talks to sign with them and become the Bears starter. So Vet. QB's are being resigned (Tannerhill), or going to new teams (Bridgewater.)

So Cam may be looking better and better or a draft pick going foward. Unless they sign an old JAG and hand him the job.

If Bridge "overtroubled" water goes to Chicago, then it makes one fewer starting caliber QBs available.  It drives up Cam's trade value.  Teams will realize this, and if they are interested in Cam, may decide to make an offer now--assuming that the Panthers want to trade Cam.

What gives you that degree of certainty that you know the conditions under which Cam will be traded?
