Edit:  Correct...Up until this off season they did apply, but no longer.  

My bad.  So we won't get anything for Poe, which sucks, but not sure we would have gotten anything for Wright anyway.

Comp picks are based off future contracts.  Wright may not get a contract of high enough value.  I'm assuming Poe will (99% sure) but it could be an off year for FA DTs and he takes a low-end 1-year prove it deal.

This is the headline....again. Read it slowly and it plainly states how players on declined options ARE NOT eligible.
